Hi there, I'm Jennifer Richard, a longtime resident of Sarasota with over 17 years of local experience. I raised two daughters here and they are now very much apart of our community as well.
I have a deep affection for my city and state, from its captivating history to its vibrant marine life. In fact, I used to lead tours showcasing its highlights! For the past 5 years, I've been co-hosting/hosting various accommodations on platforms like AirBnB, VRBO, and more. Providing top-notch experiences for guests is my passion, always striving for that coveted "5 Star" rating. I believe in going the extra mile by offering value-added services and amenities to elevate each guest's stay. I'm here to offer guidance tailored to your guest interests. Whether they're seeking live music, culinary adventures, golfing, shopping, or cultural pursuits, Sarasota has something for everyone, and I'm here to ensure they find the best experiences it has to offer.

My Story
As the oldest of 6 sisters, I have been in a leadership role my whole life. I was home-schooled, graduated at 16 and worked on and off with the family business starting at age 14. I interned for NASA while all my friends worked at Magic Mountain or McDonald's. I used to think they had it better. I held managerial positions in California but after a brief visit to Sarasota, moved with my two children, now, 17 years ago. I immediately started working with Indian River Merchant Services and sister company, EFX Payment Processing and grew within the companies to VP of Marketing and Compliance. My most significant achievement thus far has been successfully raising, nurturing, and educating two daughters amidst the complexities of today's world. I thank God for his guidance and strength everyday.
My path led me to the world of logistics and I was recruited by one of the top 3PLs to consult and offer our services to the SMB market. I've been able to establish strong connections, maintain close relationships and create true partnerships within my beloved Sarasota. I am indebted to Worldwide for having offered me the opportunity to expand into the logistic industry.
PPI Technologies Group was my customer for several years through Worldwide Express. I handled all their LTL shipments. Through this relationship, I was asked to apply for the logistic manager position. When I was offered the job I gratefully accepted as I know how wonderful this company is; they continuously win Best Place to Work awards. After about a year and a half and I was promoted to a project manager. I loved the new position as it allowed me to be in the center of the company; learning and expanding in all things #packagemachinery.
Nonetheless, I felt the pull into the tourists industry that I couldn't shake. After giving tours at one point for Sarasota and being presented with an opportunity to cohost, I finally took the leap of faith and left corporate America. I officially opened HomeIngo, LLC where I offer 5-star service and host guests for vacation property owners. I have come to LOVE the difference between cohosting and hotels. With cohosting, there is a sense of home-away-from-home, a chance to explore a new area in a short amount of time, with guidance from your cohost, a kitchen to cook in, a yard to lounge and play in. Providing to that short term "home" for others is what I am passionate about.
